Maintenance & Payments
Upon lease signature, you will receive an email with a link to RentCafe. You will be prompted to create a username and password, which you will use to log-in to your RentCafe portal. In the portal, you will be able to:
Submit maintenance requests directly to property management/maintenance team and track the status of your requests.
Pay monthly rent (per your lease agreement, rent is due on the 1st of every month).
View community message boards.
Send correspondence to property management team.
